Some buyers have inquired about issues with the builder gel being wet after drying or the UV lamp not working. We can assure you that all lamp beads are normal and can light up, and the case is working correctly. The builder gel may have a thin layer of tacky or sticky residue after drying, which is normal and helps the top coat adhere better in the next steps. It is necessary to apply a top coat (which needs to be purchased separately) after drying the builder gel.

The correct operation is to avoid touching the dried builder gel and directly apply the top coat, then cure it for 45-60 seconds to fully dry. You can refer to our product page for a complete use steps teaching video.

The package includes only the builder gel (15ml) and a portable nail lamp. To protect your French XCOATTIPS, you will need to use a top coat, which should be purchased separately.

After applying the gel, you can cure it under the UV lamp for 45-60 seconds to fully dry. The last step is to apply the top coat and cure it.

The builder gel is made of healthy materials, but please note that you should perform a skin test before using it, and stop using it if any allergic reaction occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth.
